Mainly diarrhoea and some vomiting

Hi I was spiked in a club 2 nights ago. I felt ok up until around 7pm last night. I began having diarrhoea and vomiting and I have not eaten anything since 3pm yesterday. I'm still retching and my stool is clear mucus. I am in barcelona on a holiday but I'm from the UK. I'm not sure what to do. I'm getting worried. Thanks

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Since you aren't from India, cannot really prescribe you anything. The only choice you have is have a soft diet and drink plenty of fluids.
