Lymph Nodes Back of Neck and Underarms.

I have Lymph Nodes on back of my neck and underarms. They come and go seasonally. But when I get them back of my neck I'll get severe pain for few days and later they'll get some fuss and they leave marks on my shirt collar and they vanish. Same scenario in my underarms. I can't even move my arms and hands when I get them. I did some online searching that these are called Lymph Nodes or Lymph Glands. But I'm having severe pain and trouble when I have them. I'm getting them for five years approximately. I never pursued professional help as they vanish in one week approximately. Even I use DermaDew acne soap for my entire body as I have acne issue as well. Acne are not problematic for me but these Lymph Nodes are very painful to bear. Could you please help me what I have to do to get rid of them permanently and they should not come for me in future. Please help, your help is greatly appreciated.
