LVEF 25% With Diabetes mellitus
My father is having Diabetes mellitus from 20 year's with recently diagnosed Retinopathy from 3 years &  Thrombosis in both legs (3 months) with LVEF 25%. We had consulted local cardiologist & he said currently my father is not fit for Retinopathy surgery. Can EECP Treatment be taken with having thrombosis in legs?? What is best possible solutions with less risk. Currently on medication Tab. Cordarone 200mg, Tab. Monotrate 10mg,Tab. Ivabrad 5mg, Tab lasix 40mg, Tab. Glycomet 1g, Tab. Ecospirin AV (75/10)
