LVEF 25% With Diabetes mellitus
My father is having Diabetes mellitus from 20 year's with recently diagnosed Retinopathy from 3 years & Thrombosis in both legs (3 months) with LVEF 25%.
We had consulted local cardiologist & he said currently my father is not fit for Retinopathy surgery.
Can EECP Treatment be taken with having thrombosis in legs??
