My uncle and his entire family had fever and cough. All are fine now except him. His fever hasn't subsided till now. It has been more than a week. He also has shortness of breath and weakness. Rt-pcr was negative but ct scan showed a score of 14. Is it covid? And what should be the treatment?

As Ct suggestive of covid 19..So no matter that rtpcr is negative..He should be treated as covid guidelines.
CTSS is too high as 14 so you should admit him at nearest hospital for injectable and oxygen support and regular monitoring of oxygen level by pulse oxymeter.. Treatment should be as following
Oxygen inhalation 6-8 @lit/min by high flow mask to keep spo2 more then 91 %
Inj tazomac 4.5 gm iv tds in 100 cc NS
Ini Amikacin 500mg iv bd
