I am having 3 lumps around anus. They are swollen and having pain in then aswell as inside of anus. No bleeding is there. I am in a remote location so no proper medical facilities available. I am taking pilex tablet and ano metrogyl ointment.

You must be having grade 4 haemorrhoids. Get yourself examined by a surgeon . They need surgery . No medical treatment
