After pregnancy my wife is on breast feeding for for last 3& half years. She is noticing lumps.
We want to discontinue Breast feeding for my son but when we do so her lumps are more hard.

Lumps which you say are actually normal breast tissue which appears in form of lumps,and they get hardened bcz of milk which gets collected when u stop breast feeding.
In order to discontinue breast feed u need to stop the milk secretion by giving her Medicines which can bring down the prolactin levels.
