Lump size of a pea on my scrotum

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I’ve got a lump on my scrotum pea sized, it’s not painful, I had it when I was 19 and I’m 24 now, it’s more on the skin of my scrotum, I’ve been embarrassed to show anyone or go to the doctors, I’m just worried if it would mean I can’t have babies in the future, it’s not painful it just makes me embarrassed to have sexual intercourse in case someone spots it and asks me what it is, please can you give me a brief idea of what it could be and would it need surgery
