  4. Lump on vaginal wall. on. Precautions?

My wife 63,had uterus removed in 2013 and last week had a 6x 4 x2.5cm bleeding lump in vaginal wall removed.Biopsy report shows cancerous cells but lump removed successfully.Report is attached.Any further precautions?Please advise.
