Lump on vaccination site
My 20 month old got his DTP vaccine 4 days ago, there is swelling on the left thigh vaccination site. There is no fever . What to do . Should we apply hot compress or cold compress on it? It is a little bit hurting while touching.

This is the usual thing after vaccination. If this gets worse or swelling becomes bigger and more reddish, seek advice from a pediatrician, otherwise it will get better.
