  4. Lump on neck. Cancer of any kind?

I'm experiencing following symptoms:- 1. Lump on Neck 2. slight difficulty in swallowing food 3. shortness of breath 4. some sort of heaviness in stomach 5. fatigue 6. loss of appetite 7. fever (this started today) Please tell me if this indicates cancer of any kind
