  4. Lump on breast. Me some suggestions!

Lump on breast
I have a lump in the top of my breast it's very painful but not all the time. It is seems to be spreading and is quite hard. I haven't got any other symptoms for breast cancer I don't really know what it is someone give me some suggestions
