Lump like texture in right breast
Theres a slightly sore lump like texture in my right breast a cm or two below my nipple and I'm worried. Noticed around my last period that time it was pretty sure and even the tail area but it got better and less sore after medicine. But the lump like texture is there. What do I do?
Is it something serious or benign?

A physical examination of both breasts is needed,only after that, a management plan can be formed.
