Lump in left groun (female)

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am a 22 year old female I noticed about 3-4 weeks ago a small lump almost round in shape in my groin area, now I have noticed the lump has almost tripled in size and became a little more flat but still round, I am now getting pains in my lower abdomen and where the lump is a slight burning sensation. Also my left leg same side of lump) is also feeling quite weak and feels a light sensation on numbness what could this be?
