Feeling a lump on the upper side of the left breast, can it be cancerous, do I need to consult oncologist, please suggest a good reasonable hospital or doctor. Thank you

If you have a breast lump then you should do some tests to rule out cancer. Complete Clinical examination is needed. You should breast Mammography and if indicated biopsy of lump to rule out malignancy.
