Lump in chest (breast) male
I'm a boy of age 18 yrs. I am kind of overweight. Height 168cm weight approx 70. I feel like there's a lump under my nipple. My left nipple is slightly larger than right one. I haven't told my parents yet. Please help me. I read Internet and they say it's possible due to instability in hormones. But I'm 18 now. Actually I turned 18 on Oct last year.
