Lump breast and advise
Please address my concern. Some days ago my close female relatives noticed lump in the breast ( smaller in size ) and at the advised of consulting doctor Memography done. Reports suggested intermediate density lesions with lobulated margins in outer and upper quadrant of left breast ? nature Birads 4. What is the chance of any adverse ? Pl. Advise me how to continue my treatment ? . Warm Regards.

Good evening.. if the lump is freely mobile and do not increase in size .. it’s fibroadenosis of Breast .. keep observing as it can progress to CA Breast. And if you find any pain or increase in size then removal by surgery is advisable.. but since you are 65 yrs of age you need to exercise caution
