Please explain the following results. of my LS Spine MRI result : 1. central posterior bulge of L1-L12 intevertebral disc indenting on the thecal s & causing impingement of distal cord at the same level. 2. Broad based posterior bulge of L4-L5 intervertebral disc indenting on the thecal sac at the same level.

This is somewhat similar to what we use in lay man's terms, "slip disc". But litte less serious then that. Here the main treatment will be certain precautions like no forward bending, no aquatting, no lifitng heavy things,  and back strengthening exercise. And if nothing works, then you might need surgery.
