LSIL AND P16 POSITIVE

Asked for Male, 48 Years

My mother aged 48 had post menopausal bleeding after 2 yrs.Doctors did Ultrasound,Pap smear,Cervical biopsy. In Ultrasound they found multiple fibroids.ET IS 4mm. Pap smear result is NO INTRAEPITHELIAL LESION/MALIGNANCY. Endometrial biopsy could not be done because of atrophy.Cervical biopsy result is LSIL. IHC test for P16 came back positive..What should be future treatment?Doctors said this might lead to cancer in future.Thanks.Attaching Ultrasound and cervical biopsy reports.

Cervical biopsy says Reactive changes more likely 5gan LSIL. Also please share the p16 report for further advise. LSIL can be monitored, but if she us post menopausal better to go for hysterectomy. Please consult for detailed counselling.
