I delivered a week ago...thru c sec.... Last Thursday dressing was done in hospital..and asked me to come after 10 days.... Bt they ddn told me to do any dressing in between... Today after 7 days i saw my dschrg summary... In which it is written asd...aseptic dressing... I have not done any dressing since friday...im worried will it have any effect... To add here from yesterday i am having fever chills and body pain...is it related to that... Have I got infection in stitches because of not doin dressing. I am so much worried...

If the dressing is dry,  then it is better to rule out other sources of infection, as mentioned by above seniors. 
Next Steps
Since this is your postpartum period,  it will be better if u do a follow up at ur gynecologists

U don't need to change the dressing The reason fr the fever with chills needs to be investigated It could be urine infection or breast engorgement Get a test called urine routine More than 5 pus cells warrants antibiotics Make sure breast is soft Express extra milk

If the dressing is dry then it's not required. Fever may be due to other reasons, consult your doctor please.

Do not worry. No need to do dressing in between. As you are having fever, consult your Gynecologist for examination.
