I have been having pain in my lower back right side...6-7 months ago ..i had this problem during gym..then i thought it is a disc problem and i started rehab and stretching...the problem was 90% resolved...but from past 3 days...i am again having this problem in other side....i am not sure that it is a disc bulge or what...kindly guide..REGARDS

If it is same symptoms then go for PHYSIOTHERAPY once again and do complete rehabilitation. Do strengthen your core muscles well enough.. and then continue exercises at home also. This may resolve your problem...

Well u need to be assessed and consulted by a physiotherapist again to know the cause better.when u had a back pain history u need to be cautious in the long run in terms  of  correct posture and regular exercise.currently plz do icing.for 20 mins frequently.
