Hello respected Doctors,
Hope all of you are doing good. I am 39 yrs old unmarried woman. Past four days I am having burning pain and cramps in my lower right abdomen which radiates to one point on the Lower back. My periods are normal. I can feel the pain is like gastric pain. I don't have fever. No vomiting. I consume four meals everyday. I don't consume red meat. Have never consumed. This pain is very annoying. I see a little swelling on the right lower abdomen. It's little. Even when I am moving it hurts. My stools are healthy. Pass motion only once every day. No constipation. But I have been drinking less water due to the change in weather. The pain is near the navel and then shifts to lower right and back. My doctor who is a gastro is out of town. He's a nice doctor. I don't know what to do now till he arrives next week. Can I just go and do a CT scan of my abdomen. Your input would be appreciated. Pls help.

Do you have any history of nausea / fever / pain shifted from umbilical region to right lower abdomen ?
Kindly do a USG abdomen. We’ll come to an idea about the pain & swelling
