Lower obdominal pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

She is getting lower obdominal pain frequently. We approached gunaec in our home town. She told she had some fluids around uterus and inflamatory cyst at overy. But after one month doctor said evrything wad fine now. But still she is getting pain sometimes. Could you please help me in this.
