Lower neck pain and radiating pain into

Asked for Female, 40 Years

My maid has been experiencing constant back pain, especially in the lower neck region. She also complains of a headache and swollen eyes all the time and sometimes giddiness. Could this be spondylitis related? Sometimes her symptoms seem like sinusitis. Please advise
