Dear patient, if their is problem in urination too ie, if he is feeling the need to urinate but unable to urinate, then it can be because of renal stones, if alcohol consumption is more it can be due to pancreatitis, although examination by a doctor is necessary coz it can be due to a lot of things, you should get advise from a surgeon.
