  3. Lower left rib injury. Please help!

Lower left rib injury
I was hugged tightly from back and lifted. Ever since then, i have constant lower rib pain on my front left side. Doc said no problem with rib but probably be muscular pain. I am having sleepless days because of the pain. Please help!
