Started getting severe pain in my left lower stomach above the pelvis. After urinating, also feeling heaviness in my prostate. First time unable to breathe sweating

Your symptoms suggest that you have a left ureteric colic. Get a sonography done to confirm the diagnosis. The treatment will depend on the size and location of the stone. A basic blood work up and a urine routine for Kidney function would also help
