Lower back pain
While lifting the bike from ground which fell down I got pain in my lower back, iam preparing for running in police events. How much days should I take rest .is the pain ok is it subsides itself

Pain is the signal of the body that something is wrong and you can not ignore it. What is the intensity of the pain.Is the pain localised or it is going to one or both legs . There are so many things. You are preparing for police events. I suggest you to consult a physio who can assess the severity and guide what to do further

You should take a X ray or MRI of your LS spine.. You should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

It is common to get back and leg pains while training, it is important to stretch the body before performing any exercises to avoid pains. Apply hot pack twice a day, rest for 3 days, take healthy diet to gain vitamins and calcium. The pain will reduce itself if you rest, if no improvement in 3 days then visit nearby physiotherapy clinic take ultrasound therapy for a week.

Do some exercises for strengthening your back like cobra pose ( bhujangasana) ,cat camel pose ,bridging exercise, leg raise' knee to chest exercise and some stretching exercises like hamstring calf muscle Do these all exercises two times a day with 5 reps increase reps slowly ..

Rest for 1 week using hot pack for 10--15 min on lower pain region.

Avoid lifting heavy objects. Avoid forward bending. Always get up in taking any of your side turn then get off your bed during sleeping. Try not get up staright when you r lying on bed.

You should take ice for 2-3 days to reduce pain and do some stretching exercises. If still your pain persist,its better to consult a physiotherapist to take necessary treatment for the same

Visit nearby physiotherapy or orthopaedician for proper assessment and treatment. Take electrical modalities treatment to reduce pain followed by exercises prescribed by physiotherapist. Check ur vitamin d and B12 levels , maintain proper posture Proper warmup and cool down has to be done after exercises
