Lower back pain
I've been having pain and stiffness in my lower back.. mostly on left side. Difficultty in laying straight on the bed and sitting. A little relief by motion. Taking medication from a neurologist and physiotherapy but once I stop taking medication the problem goes to day one.. The problem arises too much when I use motorcycle. I am 23 year old.. and I don't want this pain for my whole life.. it is affecting my professional career.. My job is a sitting job.. Please Advice...
