Lower back pain
I have lower back pain. I went for MRI scan, my doctor suggested me some medicines, but they aren't useful. And i have back pain if i stand for long. It is on right side. Is there any permanent cure for this?

• Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Majority of back problems are purely due to poor posture and consequent changes in the muscles, intervertebral discs, spinal joints and nerves. So it would sensible to rectify the problems in these structures for a permanent solution rather than merely suppressing the pain.
Next Steps
attend physiotherapy ( intermittent pelvic traction, interferential therapy) for a week, followed by pelvic tilt exercises, spinal mobility training, core stabilization training.

adopt an active lifestyle, avoid junk food, smoking and alcohol. eat highly alkaline food , avoid oily,spicy, high carbohydrate diet
