Lower back pain..
I have been experiencing lower back pain for a week or so. I had joined gym and just after the first day i have been experiencing lower back pain in a way that in feels like a sharp pain when bending over or just sneezing. I would appreciate any suggestion. Is a doctor visit necessary or will the pain ease eventually?

Lack of previous exercise or warm up prior to gym caused the back pain. Apply Himalaya pain relief oil and lightly massage with your own hands for few minutes. Do it twice a day. It will be relieved in a few days. Stop gym till the pain subsides completely. Before restarting gym do stretching exercises for about a week. Digestive issues may also cause muscle spasm after gym. Privately consult for more detailed advise and support.
