Lower back pain

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been experiencing lower back pain and also at the back of my shoulders. I have taken pain killer and have applied dynapar frequently but not much relief. I have also tried hot water fermentation. I feel pain or you can say pressure in my fingers and feet also. I feel pinching sensation around my shoulders when I move my hands. Please suggest.
