Lower Back Pain
I got lower back pain ,consulted Neurologist and taken MRI as per their suggestion. Observed L4-L5 dis bulge..report impression is as below Posterior disc bulge at L4 - 5 level causing anterior thecal sac indentation, spinal canal narrowing, bilateral lateral recess and inferior neural foraminal compromise with compression of traversing nerve roots. What is the best treatment for this and how severity is this..Pl advice.
