Treatments are of three different types for disc problems
1) medicines and rest
2) physiotherapy
3) traction by physiotherapist
4) sometimes spinal injection
5) surgery in severe cases
If pain is mild or moderate rest + medicines is enough
Difficult to assess the severity depending on only report
U need direct consultation
Next Steps
Rest
physio consultation
neurologist/neurosurgeon or ortho consultation
video consultation for temporary medications
Health Tips
avoid lifting weights
avoid strenuous work
