I am feeling pain in my lower back and sacrum from last few months. MRI showed marrow edema of L4 L5 and sacrum.and mild disc bulge onL3L4L5 S1.and small loculated pocket of collection posterior to left psoas muscle and anyerior to iliac blade.i am taking pregabalin capsules 75,baxical-plus,divonSR,cortilone10..what should I do?Does i will be ok?
