Pain during power lifting shows the back muscles got strain, take 3 days of rest then start static back exercises for a week, then do dynamic exercises then resistance exercises. Keep your posture correct while lifting weights. Keep this as serious note or else it will lead to disc prolapse.

Muscle pain may be due to muscle pull resulting  from  sudden lifting of heavy weight in any wrong posture or may be due to certain muscle weakness  .If u are person who regularly  excercise and lift weight the reason can be wrong posture which triggered pain in back pain and also you should be assess for any lower limb muscle tightness which can also be reason for pain in low back ....
Next Steps
I would advise you to visit physiotherapist  and  get treated for pain management  with machines and take proper rest ...No weight lifting for 10 to 15 days till pain subsides and also stetching for your tight  muscles will be required ......
