Pain during power lifting shows the back muscles got strain, take 3 days of rest then start static back exercises for a week, then do dynamic exercises then resistance exercises. Keep your posture correct while lifting weights. Keep this as serious note or else it will lead to disc prolapse.

Muscle pain may be due to muscle pull resulting from sudden lifting of heavy weight in any wrong posture or may be due to certain muscle weakness .If u are person who regularly excercise and lift weight the reason can be wrong posture which triggered pain in back pain and also you should be assess for any lower limb muscle tightness which can also be reason for pain in low back ....

I would advise you to visit physiotherapist and get treated for pain management with machines and take proper rest ...No weight lifting for 10 to 15 days till pain subsides and also stetching for your tight muscles will be required ......
