Lower back pain
Hi, i used to smoke 10 cigarettes a day.i have quit from 2 months before now 1 month before there was a sciatica pain going on in my right leg, for 2-3 weeks i avoid visiting doctor. then i went to doctor, he took x ray of my lower back told me that i am having nerve compression, after taking the prescribed medicine and exercise and physiotherapy my leg is fine, i can move, no sciatica pain. please give me tips to loose weight in this condition. and one more thing, when i climb stairs or put weight on my right aide while walking, i listen cracking sounds and can't sit for more than 3 hours. please help Attached is my x ray, please let me know how serious my condition is
