Hi,
I had a lower back injury about 7 years ago. It was minor so there wasn't much problem. But now my job is a sitting job. And I have to commute 45 km one side. Recently I had to travel by bus and roads were in very bad shape. And it took a toll on my back. I have had continuous pain in lower back which travels through to feet. Please suggest something. If I remember doctor asked me to get an mri done for L4-L5.
Thank You.
