Lower Back Pain
Having pain in lower back left side. X-ray result show L2 andvL3 reduced. Have taken help of pyshiotherapist also, but no relief. Sonography for kidney stone are found normal

I would suggest to go for LUMBAR TRACTION & IFT  along with core stability exercises, and initially start isometric exercises for back then progress to back flexion exercises.

hello ,take lumber traction in physiothrapy centre and swd and ift after 10 sittings start flexion exercises of lumber spine
