Having pain in lower back left side. X-ray result show L2 andvL3 reduced. Have taken help of pyshiotherapist also, but no relief. Sonography for kidney stone are found normal

I would suggest to go for LUMBAR TRACTION & IFT along with core stability exercises, and initially start isometric exercises for back then progress to back flexion exercises.
