Lower back pain
Good morning doctor I am adeep chowdary from past one month the back pain was light but in past 5 days i am suffering severe pain... I am unable to sit for long time... I am not finding any pain from Spine  i am expecting some muscle cramp.. I am feeling the pain which runs exactly in two muscle regions beside the Spine... I am unable to afford the consultation fee so asking in this ask free question...please help me out

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
