Hi Lower back pain is one of the most common problems found in young individuals due to modern lifestyle especially because of improper seating habits at work for long hours. It mainly occurs because of compression over the lumbar spine region. Treatment includes pain relief medications, maintaining correct posture at work, physiotherapy with back strenghthening exercises and rarely surgical intervention. Please visit a Spine Specialist for further evaluation and management. In case of further doubts, please feel free to write back to me. Regards Dr Prashik Meshram
