Lower Abdominal pains

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Good day Docs, I have a female friend, she was raped some years back and now when she's having sex it's pains her a lot and she bleeds, and currently she is having pains at the lower part of her abdomen and if she urinates her vagina pains her. please advise for a drug or what to do. thanks
