Lower abdominal pain
This is our second pregnancy. Our first child is a girl she is 3 yrs old now. My wife is in her first trimester and she is having severe lower abdominal pain along with back pain. Is it due to adenomyosis or pcod ? She is constantly feeling breathlessness and tired.
