Lower abdominal pain
I planned baby this month.. My last period was on 29-04-2018, next period date is in 2-3 days.. But its not sure that conception have been done or not.. Periods not missed yet.. But i have pain and cramps in lower abdomen (pelvic) area since yesterday.. Which is severe and continous in nature.
