Lower abdominal and lower back pain
I am a married girl with having 9 months old baby. From the last 1 and a half months, I am having severe pain in the lower abdomen and lower back, sometimes along with vaginal discharge (two times I had brown discharge otherwise clear). It happens severe when I stand for too long.

Lower back pain, with a small baby can be due to deficiencies of Vit D and Calcium and posture related.
The back and lower abdomen pain together with abnormal vaginal discharge could signify infection.

You’ll need some tests for urine infection, genital infection and a pelvic ultrasound to rule out uterine pathology. Increase your fluid intake, maintain hygiene with vaginal wash till tests are done
