I have severe lower abdomen pain form last 3 days i consulted with gynecologist i had my ultrasound done on yesterday which indicates right adenexal overian complex cyst,hemorrhagic cyst and bulky letf overy with hemorrhagic follicular cyst and trace free fluid in POD
