Lower abdomen and balls pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Its occering when iam going throug slight sexual temptation. In past i had problem of kidney stones problem but iam regularly taking a lots of water instead of this iam suffering lower abdomen and balls pain when just simple sexual temption.
