Vit.D deficiency as such is not the cause for amenorrhoea.Along with tests adv.by Dr.Ruchika also get an ultrasound pelvis done.

Vitamin D doesn't cause any impact on menstruation cycle.For vitamin D you can either capsules or sachets.For induction of menstruation you can take progesterone tablet.
