Low vitamin d levels
My vitamin d levels are 11.1 and doctor has prescribed me calcerol 60k sachet everyday. I got to know from the different doctor that this is overdose. What should be done in this case?

U r in deficiency stage so usage of calcerol 60k D3 weekly once is sufficient.daily 60k leads to hypervitaminosis.take 1sachet weekly once for 8wks after food.dnt take isolated vit D3,take tablet shelcal 500mg also for 1mnth
