Low Tlevels,if no help will take steroid
Hi all, I am facing issues with my body like tiredness, lazyness.. I sleep for 10hrs each day because of this.. further, I am actively working out in gym 6 days a week for past 11 months now and my hairs are falling, getting mood swings and feeling depressed. Recently I checked and found my vitamin d3 was just 13ng/dl it's significantly low and my testosterone also came to me 268ng/dl plus the t3 was just 61 out of 60-100 range.. I have asked to doctors many time and they just ignore it says that you are in normal range of testosterone but I know that it's low cause I am facing the issues it causes. I am taking ashwagandha, Shilajit and all natural herbs including ginger everyday but it's not increasing it I am not getting any advantage.. I FEEL IN INDIA DOCTORS DO NOT WANT TO HELP. while in USA dr prefferd TRT for a male with 350ng/dl and in India they said 268ng/dl is fine?? I doubt on their knowledge. I want a doctor who can really help me with this as an answer to the article..
