Asked for Male, 31 Years

My sperm count is very low. 3.66 lakh/ml. Doctor suggested to do FSH and Doppler scrotum test. FSH is 14.55 and Doppler test suggest normal testis with left grade 1 variococele. I showed to two doctors. First doctor suggested surgery and assured that sperm count will increase. Second doctor told that there is no chance that sperm count will increase as testis are very weak as appeared during physical examination. I am confused now. Please help.
