Asked for Male, 40 Years

I am 40 years old male, married 13 years ago and had one 11 years old daughter. Couple of years ago we decided to plan one more baby. We are trying to conceive from last one year but couldn't succeed. So I got my semen tested in a pathalogy and the report was in negative. I also taking medicines for High BP from last 3 year. Please advise and treat me with proper medicines.
